Hans G. Springer was appointed Executive Director of ALOA, effective April 1, 2020. Hans brings 40 years of experience to the position. He recently served as a member of ALOA’s Board of Directors.
Hans retired in January 2018 as Associate Executive Director, Mission Advancement for The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. His other service to the LCMS included Associate Executive Director for Fund Development with LCMS World Relief and Human Care, and as a Vice President with The LCMS Foundation; all located in St. Louis, MO.
Since retirement he has served as a consultant in fund raising and building philanthropic relationships. He served as a consultant in building constituent relationships for LAMP Ministries Inc.
Prior to serving the LCMS, he as the chief advancement officer at Concordia College, Bronxville, NY. His career prior to that was in hospital administration. He is a commissioned minister in The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod.
